ingredients :
1 heap Vegan Chickpea Salad (see below)
4 slices whole-grain lolly or bagels ( or sub wraps or gluten-free sugar or wraps)
1 tablespoon Maille Mustard
2 broad lettuce leaves ( red leafage, gullible foliage or lettuce)
1 Turkic veggie, thinly sliced
1 carrot, thinly sliced ( use a vegetational peeler)
4 radishes, thinly sliced
1 aguacate sliced
big containerful sprouts- alfalfa, flower or diakon
Vegan Chickpea Salad
1 can chickpeas, rinsed and uncharged
1/4 cup cut Italian parsley
1/4 cup chopped herb (or sub ? cup unprocessed tarragon)
2 tablespoons Maille entire form mustard
1-2 tablespoons Hellmann's Vegan Dressing ( or sub 2-3 teaspoons olive oil)

instructions :
Pretend the chickpea salad, placing all ingredients in a business trough, mix and strike with a fork until cured sorbed.
Make the sandwiches. Cover a minuscule intact foodstuff condiment on the simoleons.
Top with lettuce and a handsome turn of the legume salad.
Layer sliced veggie, carrots, radishes and aguacate.
Top with a hill of sprouts and sugar.
