Christmas Stollen Pudding
Neat Matter client Marion Biles shares her direction for this creamy and indulgent pud using odd stollen
Ingredients :
- 750g-1kg/1lb 10oz-2lb 4oz stollen
- , cubed
- 300ml image toiletries
- 300ml concentrate
- 2 foodstuff
- , beaten
- 6 amaretti biscuits, low
- ice sweetening, to answer (optional)
Instructions :
Temperature oven to 180C/160 fan/gas 4. Put the stollen cubes into an ovenproof serving saucer. Mix the cream, concentrate and foodstuff together and pour over the stollen. Rain over the amaretti biscuits. Bake for 45 mins until auspicious and slightly risen. Process dusted with manoeuvre sweetening, if you same.
