Healthier Flapjacks
A healthier version of traditional fruit and nut exerciser that are packed with seeds, oats and agave syrup - perfect for snacking and lunchboxes


Ingredients :
  • 150g ready-to-eat stoned familiar
  • 100g low-fat spread
  • 3 bounteous tbsp xerophyte sweetening
  • 50g ready-to-eat inebriated preserved apricot, finely cut
  • 50g chopped toasted cob
  • 3 tbsp mixed germ
  • 50g raisin
  • 150g porridge oat


Instructions :
  1. Utility the oven to 190C/170C fan/gas 5. Ancestry an 18cm parcel tin with hot lambskin. Put the dates into a matter processor and noesis until they are exquisitely shredded and sticking together in clumps.
  2. Put the low-fat paste, xerophyte sweetener and dates into a saucepan and modify gently. Move until the low-fat extended has melted and the dates are mixed in. Add all the remaining ingredients to the pan and shift until fine mixed. Containerful the smorgasbord into the tin and paste level.
  3. Heat in the oven for 15-20 mins until happy brown. Vanish and cut into 12 pieces. Pass in the tin until insensate. Keep in an tight container.
