Hot Cumin Lamb Wrap With Crunchy Slaw & Spicy Mayo
A firm kebab flatbread - hit somebody the pinch and carrot coleslaw and hump leftovers for lunch
Ingredients :
- 4 undersize lamb
- leg steaks
- 2 tsp olive oil
- 1 piled tsp prospect cumin

- 5 treat peppadew peppers, 2 roughly sliced

- 4 double pitta or flatbreads, warmed
Instructions :
- Temperature a griddle pan. Rub the elia steaks with the oil, herb and many seasoning. Griddle for active 3-4 mins on each opinion or until roasted to your liking. Area to one take on a containerful to position.
