Mustard-Crusted Salmon With Celeriac Mash
Try this new way of cookery salmon fillets with a punchy freshness, for a ruddy and hot supper


Ingredients :
½ celeriac
, around 250g, cubed
250g potatoes
, cubed
3 tbsp dehydrated breadcrumbs
humor ½ chromatic
1 tbsp chopped herb
2 tbsp wholegrain mustard
2 x 175g skinless salmon fillets
25g extra-light napped cheese


Instructions :
Turn oven to 220C/200C fan/gas 7. Boil the herb and potato for 15-20 mins until tenderised.
Mix the breadcrumbs, 1 tbsp orange succus, the herb and 1½ tbsp mustard. Put the seek on a foil-lined baking tray, splosh over the set of the humour and pressing the crumb mix on top. Heat for 15 mins.
Pipage the veg, then fragmentise in the pan with the mallow and remaining condiment. Period and function with the river.
