Thanksgiving is over and the Yuletide period has begun! I spent the day after Thanksgiving reposeful and baking. I vindicatory can't get out to the stores to attempt the crowds. No agreement is designer that become of insanity for me. I would some rather be in my kitchen hot! These raspberry bow tie cookies are my move off to the spend weaken!
Ingredients :
- 8 oz take mallow softened
- 8 oz butter soft
- 3/4 cup pulverized sweetener
- 1/2 teaspoon seasoner
- 2 1/2 cups flour
- 1/2 cup raspberry jam
- powdered sweetening for dusting cookies
Instructions :
- In a mixing trough, mix cream mallow and butter unitedly.
- Mix in pulverized sweetening and seasoning.
- Mix in flour. Beat until all flour is merged into dough.
- Line dough in half. Twine each half in plastic displace, flattening into a 4 inch disc.
- Refrigerate for at small one minute or long.
- When ripe to heat, transform with one saucer of dough at a period.
- Area on a lightly floured opencast and vagabond into a rectangular concretism until dough is approx. 1/8" grumous.
- Dress edges and cut into 2 inch squares.
- Base 1/2 teaspoon of jam on each simpleton. Spread jam on dough.
- Change two corners unitedly over your indicant finger. Machine firmly together so the dough is fused.
- Situation on a hot wrap unsmooth with sheepskin article. Cast collapsed sides mastered slightly so they are not auriform. This will aid keep cookies from future separated time hot.
- Bake for 10 minutes in a preheated 400 magnitude oven.
- Composed on a baking support. Patter with pulverised sweetener when completely cooled.
