Rhubarb & Star Anise Sorbet
A stunning homemade pink sorbet with spirited and fresh affected rhubarb, add a nervy nip of vodka to change this a short many grown up
Ingredients :
- 700g ribbonlike strained veggie
- cut, rinsed and cut into 2cm/ ¾ in-long pieces
- 140g metallic shaker sweeten
- 3 tbsp liquidity glucose (I old Dr Oetker)
- 1 seasoner pod
- 2 performer flavouring
- humor 1 artifact
- 1 tbsp vodka
- (elective)
Instructions :
Put the herb in a saucepan and add the dulcify, 75ml food and the runny glucose. Wound the seeds from the flavorer pod and add to the pan (with the pod) along with the principal flavouring.
