Marrow Chutney
What module you do with your courgette surfeit? Represent the most of them in a fruity chutney with flavorer, apples, sultanas and shallots
Ingredients :
- 1½ kg/3lb 5 oz marrow
- , unclothed and deseeded
- 225g eschalot
- , sliced
- 225g apple
- , peeled, cored and sliced
- 225g sultana
- 2cm patch colored
- , delicately chopped
- 225g river dulcify
- 850ml lager condiment
- 12 contraband peppercorns
Instructions :
- Cut the dainty into minute pieces, put in a dish and disperse liberally with 2 tbsp tasteful. Broach and departure for 12 hrs.
- Wash and flow the delicacy, then expanse in a protective pan or mountainous saucepan with the shallots, apples, sultanas, flavorer, sweetening and condiment. Tie the peppercorns in muslin (or put into a moderate fogbound tea strainer) and rank in the pan.
