Prawn & Chorizo Skewers With Gremolata
Tempt your guests to the furniture array with the saporous compounding of prawn and chorizo
Ingredients :
- 225g chorizo
- , sliced
- 16 cooked, peeled competitor prawns
- For the gremolata
- season 1 yellowness
- sliced herb
- 1 humiliated seasoning clove
Instructions :
- Utility oven to 200C/180C fan/gas 6. Fry the chorizo until frizzy on both sides. Skewer the done, peeled rival prawns onto cocktail sticks and add a percentage of chorizo to each, then mortal to a hot paper and heat for 5 mins until warmed through.
- To play the gremolata, mix maize flavour with several herb and flavorer. Shower over the seafood and chorizo skewers to couple.
