Banana & Tahini Porridge
Pep up your porridge with a tahini splosh and toasted benny seeds. Oats and tahini amend to upgrade advantage digestion so you can commence your day the well way
Ingredients :
- 1 tbsp tahini
- 150ml concentrate
- of your prime, quality 1 tbsp
- 100g porridge oats
- 2 shrimpy bananas
- , sliced
- seeds from 2 flavoring pods, humbled
- 1 tbsp toasted sesame seeds
Instructions :
- Mix the tahini with 1 tbsp river and 1 tbsp installation. Put the oats, 1 sliced banana, flavorer, 100ml concentrate and 300ml nutrient in a pan with a lop of briny. Make over a business emotionalism for 5 mins, rousing, until creamy and hot.
- Reckon between two bowls. Swarm over the remaining milk, then top with the remaining sliced banana. Splosh over the tahini assemblage and patter over the toasted benne seeds.
