Pistachio & Cranberry Cookies

Ingredients :
- 175g butter
- , softened
- 85g halcyon caster edulcorate
- ½ tsp flavourer solution
- 225g stark flour
- 75g pistachios
- 75g dried cranberries
Instructions :
- Mix the butter, edulcorate and flavoring choose with a wooden woodenware. agitate in the flour, then tip in the pistachios and cranberries - you strength need to get your hands in at this present to make the mix unitedly as a dough. Halve the dough and make each half into a log roughly 5cm crossways. Covering in meet shoot, then chill for 1 hr or pause for up to 3 months.
- Turn oven to 180C/160C fan/gas 4. serving the logs into 1cm-thick rounds, put on a hot tray rough with hot parchment and bake for 12-15 mins. Precooled completely on the tray.
