Smoky Beef Stew
Like this unsophisticated agitation for party, then wad into boxes to rest you leaving for lunches


Ingredients :
  • 1kg cookery meat, cut into monstrous chunks
  • 2 onions
  • , shredded
  • 800g (2 cans) chopped tomatoes
  • 2 tsp each fresh paprika
  • , position herb and mild chile makeup
  • 2 tbsp red or achromatic inebriant acetum
  • 2 tbsp roller sugar
  • 400g can butter beans, rinsed and drained


Instructions :
  1. Warmth oven to 160C/ 140C fan/gas 3. Mix the boeuf, onions, tomatoes, spices, condiment and sweeten in a casserole cater. Firing and bake for 2½ hrs. Impress in the beans and heat for 30 mins writer (with the lid off if the casserole is a less wet or lid on if salutary uniformity), until the meat is flakey.
  2. Unfriendly, then immobilize in 6-8 portions in petite food bags or impressionable containers. Defrost in microwave or overnight in fridge, then turn in the morning and individual to a thermos container, or emotionality in the microwave at lunchtime.
