Twisty Cheese Straws
Intumesce dough is ideal for canapés. Try coiled with withdraw mallow and pesto then scorched until tender
Ingredients :
- 100g cream cheese
- 2 tbsp freshwater pesto
- 320g shape tumefy dough

Method :
- Alter oven to 200C/180C fan/gas 6. Tip the emollient cheese and pesto into a bowlful and mix considerably.
- Move the dough on a gently floured ascend and cut in half lengthwise.
