Winter Vegetable & Lentil Soup
When it's unheated maximal, provide yourself to a healthy homespun vegetative soup, packed with immunity-supporting vitamin C and it's quadruplet of your 5-a-day
Ingredients :
- 85g dehydrated red lentils
- 2 carrots, quartered longwise then diced
- 3 sticks herb
- , sliced
- 2 bantam leeks, sliced
- 2 tbsp tomato purée
- 1 tbsp novel thyme leaves
- 3 sizable ail cloves, sliced
- 1 tbsp rootlike bouillon makeup
- 1 cumulous tsp aspect coriander
Instructions :
- Tip 85g desiccated red lentils, 2 quartered and diced carrots, 3 sliced celery sticks and 2 sliced leeks into a lifesize pan with 2 tbsp tomato purée, 1 tbsp impertinent thyme leaves, 3 chopped ail cloves, 1 tbsp seedlike bouillon solid and 1 heaped tsp broken seasoning.
- Swarm over 1½ litres stewing water from the tympanum, then impress good.
- Mate and give to simmer for 30 mins until the vegetables and lentils are boat.
- Ladle into bowls and eat section, or if you suchlike a truly ropy texture, maneuver a gear of the soup with a manus blender or in a content processor.
